MACK TRUCK LINE
An important share of production activity covers replacement gears for gearboxes and axles suitable to MACK TRUCK LINE.
We can provide spare parts for GEARBOX serie T2080, T2090, T2100, T309L, T310, T2130, T2180 and axles CRDPC92/112, CRD93/113, CRD93A, CRD150/151, CRDP200/202
GEARS SUITABLE TO FULLER/TTC GEARBOXES
During the years we have developed a very wide range of parts suitable to old transmissions and more recent as well
(automated T/M)
GEARS SUITABLE TO VOLVO AND MERCEDES GEARBOXES
Following increasing market demand we have been developed a line of products suitable to VOLVO I-SHIFT and MERCEDES GEARBOXES G-281/330, mainly with AMERICAN SPEC.
CROWN WHEEL AND PINIONS
Another section can also produce GEAR SETS according to Customer samples or following the OEM reference.
Ultimate Gleason’s and Oerlikon technologies are provided.
QUALITY CONTROLS/KLINGEMBERG DEPARTMENT
Very accurate quality control of every single part leaving KPM factory is an important part of our production policy.
CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGY FOR MAXIMUM SAFETY AND PRECISION
The fully automatic CNC-controlled P 40 precision measuring center is designed as a compact unit for the workpiece diameter range up to 400 mm. The machine is used to inspect cylindrical gears, pinion type cutters and shaving cutters, worms and worm wheels, hobs, bevel gears, general dimension, shape, and positional deviations of axially symmetrical workpieces, cam and camshaft measurement and rotor measurement.
